Week 1: Real Estate Foundations

New Agent Training

Day 1

Introduction to Real Estate
  • Zoom Only!
  • Host: Dawn Way (All Agents – NB & NS)

Day 2

Ice Breaker + Tool Overviews
  • Host: Office Managers (In-Person Only, local offices)
  • Overview: Ice breaker, Matrix, WebForms, Authentisign, RLP Email, NBREA, Service NB, Lockbox/eKey, Touchbase, Fintracker
  • Assignment: Practice tasks using tools

Day 3

WWR, Buyer Agency, Dual Agency
  • Virtual (NB Agents Only)
  • Assignment: Submit WWR, BA, Dual Agency forms

Week 2: Business Building & Buyer Process

New Agent Training

Day 4

Building Your Business

Host: Nikki St. Peter (All Agents – NB & NS)

Day 5

Deep Dive into Matrix, WebForms, Authentisign
  • Host: Office Managers (In-Person Only, local offices)
  • Assignment: Send WWR and BA for e-signature

Day 6

APS, Amendments, Fulfillment Waivers
  • Virtual Only (NB Agents Only)
  • Assignment: Complete an APS

Week 3: Compliance & Offer Process

New Agent Training

Day 7

FINTRAC – Part 1
  • Google Meet Only | Mandatory, Cameras On 
  • Host: Logan Morse (All Agents – NB & NS) 
    • FINTRAC Requirements
    • Fintracker Tool

Day 8

Portal Setup, Marketing & CMA, Local Stats
  • Host: Your office manager (In-Person Only, in your local office)
  • Assignment: Set up portal search + area deep dive

Day 9

Client Consents, Radon, Common Mistakes
  • Virtual (NB Agents Only)

Week 4: Listings & Agent Support Services

New Agent Training

Day 10

FINTRAC – Part 2
  • Google Meet Only | Mandatory, Cameras On 
  • Host: Logan Morse (All Agents – NB & NS) 

Day 11

Sphere Development
  • Host: Your office manager (In-Person Only, in your local office)
  • Assignment: Add 20 contacts to your Sphere

Day 12

Working with Sellers

Host: Shannon Auffrey or Lauren Reynart

  • Securing the Listing
  • SDBA & WebForms Input
  • Listing Kit Overview

Week 5: Agent Support Services Overview
