Our Mentorship Program is designed to support and accelerate the growth of new agents by pairing them with experienced professionals who offer real-world guidance and personalized support. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences—from buyer showings and listing appointments to home inspections and CMA discussions—mentees gain essential knowledge and confidence. Mentors provide leadership grounded in our Core Values: Getting the Job Done, Me Before We, Continuous Improvement, and Genuine Care. This structured program ensures both mentor and mentee grow through collaboration, reflection, and shared success.
Making the career change into real estate was a big and scary step for me. Royal LePage made it a whole lot easier. Being new to the industry, they offered me daily training sessions varying form business development and time management, to working directly with both buyers and sellers.
