Through weekly one-on-one meetings, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences—from buyer showings and listing appointments to home inspections and CMA discussions—mentees gain essential knowledge and confidence. Mentors provide leadership grounded in our Core Values: Getting the Job Done, Me Before We, Continuous Improvement, and Genuine Care. This structured program ensures both mentor and mentee grow through collaboration, reflection, and shared success.
